It is definitely true that a buyer needs to be prepared in order to buy a foreclosure property. Knowing the relative values is a key component. Financing also has to be arranged in advance, and a pre-approval letter from a direct lender (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc…) is really a must. When the best foreclosures properties come up for sale they will receive multiple offers in just the first few days. That’s especially true in San Diego, and probably in Las Vegas as well.
